More than 950,000 targeting segments from 280 data providers, alongside the native audiences inside Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon and six other platforms. Search a word or a fragment, filter by industry, objective, size, geography, provider or CPM, and shortlist what fits the plan. Free, no login.
Third-party audiences are targeting segments built by data companies such as Experian, Acxiom, Dstillery, Claritas, TransUnion, Bombora and L2, then sold through demand-side platforms for a data fee on top of the media cost. Planners usually discover them one DSP at a time, with exact-match search boxes and no way to compare across sellers. This tool puts the whole marketplace on one page.
The third-party rows come from a DSP marketplace export of 1,014,197 segments across 506 seller labels, cleaned to 287 providers (regional listings of the same seller are merged, test rows dropped, duplicates removed). Each row keeps the provider's own name, description, estimated audience size and recommended display, video and CTV CPMs as listed at export. Platform-native segments follow the targeting taxonomies each platform publishes; they carry no data fee and are sized inside the ad account at activation.
Type the start of a word. insur returns insurance, insurers and insured; vot returns voters and voting. Several words all have to match, so renters insurance narrows to segments that mention both. Put OR between terms for either, and quotes around a phrase to require the words in that order. Two-letter terms such as EV, AI or HR match a whole word exactly.
Click any row for the full description, every listed field, a short note on the provider, and sibling segments from the same branch of that provider's taxonomy. Add rows to the shortlist to copy their names or download a CSV for a media plan. Any result set can be downloaded, and the page address updates as you search so a view can be shared with a colleague.
Media planners and buyers scoping a campaign, public affairs teams looking for voter, issue and policymaker audiences, brand marketers checking whether a data partner covers their category, and anyone trying to understand what targeting exists before a DSP conversation.
The catalog reflects the marketplace export named in the header date. Sizes, prices and availability change, so confirm a segment in the DSP before committing spend. Agency Echelon refreshes the catalog periodically and takes no payment from any provider listed.
