This policy explains what information Agency Echelon LLC (doing business as Agency Echelon) collects through agencyechelon.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
When you fill out the contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We collect nothing else from that form. As with most websites, our hosting provider also records standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in its server logs.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when those fonts load. The contact form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, which handles the submission on our behalf.
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss working together. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
We may use measurement tools from providers such as Google and Meta to understand how the site performs and how our advertising reaches people. These tools can set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising directly through Google and Meta.
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain our own business records, then we delete it when it is no longer useful.
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@agencyechelon.com. We will honor reasonable requests.
