These terms cover agencyechelon.com and the free tools published on it: the Audience Finder, the Ad Mockup Generator and the reference library. The site is run by Agency Echelon LLC. Using it means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.
Read the site, use the tools for your own work and your clients' work, link to any page, and quote short passages with credit. Search engines and AI answer engines are welcome to crawl and index the site; robots.txt says so. None of that permission extends to copying the site's code or design, mirroring pages, or pulling the Audience Finder catalog out in bulk.
The design, code, text and photography on this site, and the Agency Echelon name and mark, belong to Agency Echelon LLC. Reproducing them, in whole or in part, needs written permission. The one exception is the reference library at /reference/, which is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license: you may copy and adapt it with credit to Agency Echelon and a link back. Platform names, logos and interface designs shown inside the Ad Mockup Generator belong to their owners and appear only so you can preview your own creative.
The catalog is compiled from data providers' published segment lists and platform targeting options. Counts, reach and CPMs are indicative and change; confirm them with the provider or platform before you buy. The tool is for people planning media. Each export is limited to 150 segments, requests are rate limited, and automated extraction, scraping or crawling of the catalog is not permitted. We may block traffic that ignores this, and we may change or withdraw the tool at any time.
The generator runs in your browser. Images and copy you load into it stay on your device and are not sent to us. You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you upload and for how you use the mockups you make. Platform specifications change; the tool shows the date its specs were last checked, and it is on you to verify them before a campaign goes live.
