Cross-Border Transfer

Moving personal data from the EU or UK to a country without an adequacy decision, which requires a mechanism such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses, or binding corporate rules. Relevant to any European advertiser using US ad platforms and analytics.
