Brand Suitability
The advertiser-specific layer above Brand Safety: content that is safe in general but wrong for a particular brand, such as a family brand near alcohol reviews or an airline near air travel accident coverage. Suitability is set per advertiser using the GARM risk levels (floor, high, medium, low) and applied through verification vendors and platform controls.
