First-Party Data
Data an organization collects directly from its own customers and audiences: purchase history, CRM records, site and app behavior, email lists, loyalty data. First-party data is the foundation of post-cookie targeting and measurement because it is collected with a direct relationship and, if consent is handled properly, a legal basis. It is activated through Customer Match, Custom Audience uploads, Conversions API connections, and Data Clean Room matches.
