Cost Per Thousand Reached

Also: CPP; Cost per point; Reach CPM

Media cost divided by unique people reached, per thousand, rather than per thousand impressions. Cost per point (CPP) is the television equivalent, the cost of one gross rating point. Reach-based pricing is used when the objective is coverage of an audience rather than volume of impressions.
