Exclusion

Also: Suppression; Negative targeting

Removing users, placements, or content from a campaign's eligible set: existing customers from an acquisition campaign, converters from a retargeting campaign, specific sites or apps, content categories. Exclusions are where most wasted spend is recovered and are set separately from inclusion targeting on every platform.
