Holding Company
A group owning many agencies: WPP, Omnicom (which absorbed IPG in 2025), Publicis, Dentsu, and Havas. Holding companies control the majority of global media buying, negotiate with platforms and publishers at group level, and have built principal-based media businesses that are now a significant share of profit.
