Reporting Cadence
How often performance is reported and to whom: daily pacing checks, weekly optimization reviews, monthly client reports, quarterly business reviews. Cadence should match the speed at which decisions can be made; daily reporting of a metric that takes two weeks to stabilize produces noise.
